DVAS have associated external quality consultant, continually reviewing our internal processes and routines, so that we always perform our service at a high level.
Our certification also includes the requirements of the Insurance and Pensions about the alarm reaction, so that you are guaranteed a rapid response by the alarm according to your insurance requirements.
All employees in DVAS are working under a quality manual and operation manual. These set all applicable procedures and workflows in DVAS, thus ensuring the customer a high standard according to the requirements and expectations you have to DVAS.
